Western Wayne High School hosted its annual College/Career Fair on October 5, 2022. A total of 28 different colleges, trade schools, military branches and businesses were in attendance. Grades 9th through 12th were able to meet with different representatives to gather more information and insight into their possible future plans.

Western Wayne Class of 2026!
Freshman Orientation will be held on August 25, 2022, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium.
Sarah Collins was selected as the 2021-22 School Counselors of NEPA Scholarship winner and received $500. Sarah is a senior at Western Wayne High School, where she has excelled academically, socially, and within her extra-curricular activities. Next year, Sarah will be attending West Chester University and will major in Communications.
Western Wayne’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Graduating Class of 2022 included Skylar Long, Marshall Davis and Evan Peirce.
Leadership Lackawanna’s seven-month Tomorrow’s Leaders Today program develops the leadership, interpersonal and managerial skills of high school juniors and provides real-world experiences in the areas of health care, STEAM, history and heritage, crime and corrections, financial literacy, philanthropy, non-profit organizations and community service. Sessions are held one full weekday each month.
