Volunteer With Western Wayne School District

Western Wayne School District is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our students, staff, and volunteers. To streamline the volunteer application process, the District now uses Raptor Technologies’ VolunteerSafe® system.

Individuals interested in volunteering must complete the online volunteer application and upload electronic copies of all required clearances using the submission links provided on this page. Once submitted, applications and clearances will be reviewed by the District to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania volunteer requirements.

Please note that submission of an application does not constitute approval to volunteer. All volunteer applications must be reviewed and receive approval by the Western Wayne School Board before volunteer status is granted. Applicants will be notified once the review and approval process has been completed.

Provides parents with the ability to monitor all food purchases completed by your child within the past thirty days. Whether they purchased breakfast, lunch or a la carte items, details of the food purchases are displayed. You can create a Low Balance notification via email.

For emergencies after 4 PM, Western Wayne offers an after-hour emergency number. Please state your name, child’s name, the bus or van number, driver’s name and your phone number. An administrator will call you back as soon as possible.
