Boys will host West Scranton on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. JV starts at 6:00 PM and Varsity 7:15 PM.
Girls will host Honesdale on Friday, January 5, 2018. JV starts at 6:00 PM and Varsity at 7:15 PM.

Boys Basketball
December 23th & 26th – Forest City Rotary Tournament: Tip off on Saturday is set for 3:30 PM JV vs Mt. View and Varsity 5:00 PM vs Mt. View. Tuesday, December 26 TBA pending results from Saturday. All games played at Forest City High School.
Girls Basketball
December 26th and December 28th – Honesdale Jaycees Holiday Tournament: Tip off for the girls is at 7:15 PM on December 26. On Dec 28 either 5:45 PM or 7:15 PM. Girls JV will play on Dec 28th at 4:15 PM. All games will be played at Honesdale High School.

Tunkhannock Kiwanis Tournament: December 27th -Wrestling begins at 9:00 AM at Tunkhannock High School. Day 2, December 28th also at Tunkhanock High School at 9:00 AM
Wrestling (JH)
December 23rd wrestling in the Hawkeye Memorial Individual Tournament at Hanover High School. Wrestling starts at 9:00 AM.
Freshman Basketball
December 29th Donald J Wolff Freshman Holiday Tournament: WW vs West Scranton at 12:00 PM in Scranton High School Gym
Last they were Cal King Basketball Tournament Runner-ups, not this year, this year they took the title! Way to go boys! Congratulations!
The girls traveled up to Towanda this past weekend and took home the prize: Towanda Tip-Off Champions! Great way to start off the season.


Scranton Times – In his second season, guided team to wins in its first six games which included three by shutout and finished season 7-4 overall. Wildcats qualified for the District 2 Class 3A playoffs for the first time in school history which began in 1973. Has 13-9 career record.
NPF – In his second season as a head coach, he helped lead Western Wayne to its first-ever District 2 home playoff game. … Guided team to seven regular-season wins, improving his record to 13-9 in 2 seasons. … Led team to wins in its first five games. … Got the defense off to a fast start, with consecutive shutouts to begin the season and just seven points allowed while posting three shutouts in the first four games. … Won an Eastern Conference championship in first season as coach.
The Boys Varsity Basketball game with Dunmore at home today and the Girls Varsity Basketball game at Holy Cross have been postponed and will be reschedule at a later date.
