Mon/Wed
9:00 – 9: 10 Warm-up
9:10 – 9:25 Throwing Drills
9:25 – 9:30 Water Break
9:30 – 11:30 Individual Stations – Ground Ball Work, Fly Ball Work, Base Running, Bunting, and Slap Hitting
11:30 – 12:15 Hitting Stations
Tues/Thurs
9:00 – 9:10 Warm-up
9:10 – 9:25 Throwing Drills
9:25 – 9:30 Water Break
9:30 – 11:30 Group Stations – Pitching, Catching, and Hitting
Il :30 – 12:15 Competition Games – Timed Base Running, Long Toss, and Accuracy Throw
