9:00 – Camp Begins/Stretching
9:10 – 10:10 Small Group Instruction
10:10 – 10:15 Break
10:15 – 10:45 Whole Group Demonstration
10:45 – 11:00 Snack Break (will be provided)
11:00 – 11:30 Individual Competitions
11:30 – 12:00 Team Competitions
