Our Varsity Club will be holding its Seventeenth Annual Sports Banquet on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. It will be held at the Ladore Pavilion, Waymart. Dinner will be served at 6:00. Letters will be awarded to those who have met the criteria in his/her sport and special award trophies will be given out in each sport. Letterman’s jackets will be awarded to those Western Wayne athletes who are in their second consecutive year of participation in a sport, have lettered in that sport and have fulfilled the requirement of working at a concession stand. Also, one Male Athlete of the Year and one Female Athlete of the Year nominated and voted upon by the head coaches, will be named. The dinner is free to all athletes in 9th through 12th grades. Adults who would like to attend can purchase a ticket for $22, children under 12 for $15.
ALL TICKETS MUST BE PRE-PURCHASED BEFORE MAY 26, 2017. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
Please return the portion below with payment to request your tickets. Please make checks payable to Western Wayne High School. Option 1: You can mail the ticket request to: Western Wayne High School; Cindy Rizzi, Varsity Club Advisor, 1970B Easton Turnpike, Lake Ariel PA 18436 and the tickets will be mailed back to you. Option 2: Your son/daughter can bring the form and payment to Mrs. Rizzi, in the high school office- DURING LUNCHES ONLY. The tickets will then be given to him/her.
NOTE: Even if you are not purchasing tickets, and the athlete is attending, the athlete needs
to request their ticket so that he/she is included in the final count. Everyone must have a ticket; they will be collected at the door.
