National School Counseling Week – February 3-7, 2020

National School Counseling Week 2019 is Feb. 3–7.  The week, sponsored by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), highlights the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems and the tremendous impact they can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. Take a moment to thank your local school counselor(s).

Grain to Glory Field Trip

Western Wayne would like to thank Ryan, founder of Grain to Glory, for his hospitality and generosity! Ryan gave us the opportunity to learn how to make and take one of his signature flags. Students loved having the chance for such a hands on and engaging learning experience, with a wonderful host and his mascot Dora.

College Acceptance Letters

If you have been accepted at a college/university/trade school, please bring in your letters of acceptance. We add them to your file and put your star up on the board. Also, if you receive any kind of scholarship money, please bring that letter in too for your file and Senior Night.

8th Grade students and parents should attend Western Wayne High School’s Curriculum Night to hear about the different departments, courses, credit values and graduation requirements.
